Hello, I’m Enia and welcome to my little blog where I tell you stories of the interesting people I have had the pleasure of hosting them over the years in my quaint little B&B in Ireland.
First of all, I just want to let you know that my name, Enia, is pronounced like Enya (en-ya). And, no, it’s not “E-nee-ah” as most people are want to say, or “E-nye-eh”, which I find is so cringe!
Anyway, yes, this little B&B — or Bed and Breakfast, if you don’t know what B&B is, which is just my house that I had converted into an informal place where visitors can stay to experience a real Irish home and where they can enjoy a traditional Irish breakfast every morning — I’ve been running on the southwest coast.
Through my little B&B, I have had the privilege to have met lots of fine folk from all over the world, who have come to Ireland to experience its natural beauty and charm!
And every visitor I have hosted always come with the most amazing stories — and these stories are so amazing that it will be a joy to share them with you here.
Of course, please do know that in the stories I tell, all the names have been changed to protect the guilty (Ha! Ha!), for privacy’s sake. And that applies to you too, James — if you are reading a story about “James”, it is not really about you, yeah?
